Returns Policy

  • Items may be returned within 14 days from the date the item is received.

  • Returns are free of charge.

  • Products must retain all original labels, tags, packaging, and receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused. Such returned Product(s) should not carry stains, sweat, detergent, or body odor.

  • If returned items are found damaged, used, without tags, original packaging, or receipt, or in unsellable condition, they will either be shipped back to you or a partial refund will be provided.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are free of charge.

  • Items for exchange must retain all original labels, tags, packaging, and receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused. Such exchanged Product(s) should not carry stains, sweat, detergent, or body odor.

  • Products that are damaged, used, without original tags, packaging, or receipt will be shipped back to you, and no exchange will be provided, or a partial refund may be offered.

Refund

  • All refunds will be processed within a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 30 days from the date of order cancellation or return confirmation.

Warranty

  • Faulty or defective products can be returned free of cost.

  • Proof of defect must be provided, and the product must retain original labels, tags, packaging, receipt, and be unused, unworn, and intact.

  • Contact us immediately upon discovering the defect.

Shipping Policy

  • Pre-orders: Shipped within 4-6 weeks of order placement.
